The charge is based on the vehicle, not individual passengers. If there are 1 to 3 people in the vehicle, you will pay one rate, while a different rate applies if there are 4 to 7 people in the vehicle.

No, it's possible to book a one-way transfer; however, booking a round-trip fee will be a lower rate than if you apply 2 one ways.  If for any reazon you already booked a one-way and want the return contact us so that we can help to apply the round trip rate.

Indeed, each person can to bring up to two pieces average, that will fit in our vans. If you have much more than a van can take may have to use additional vehicle incurring any additional charges.

Our drivers are highly experienced and possess federal permissions, ensuring your safe and reliable journey.

Certainly, our airport shuttle service will take you to the ferry dock in Playa del Carmen.

The closest point you can be picked-up is the ferry dock in Playa del Carmen.

Each individual is considered a passenger in accordance with our insurance policies. Stil you will pay for the vehicle itself according to the size of vehicle needed.

We have baby- kinds cartseat, request it. 

Yes, we can have car seats on board of our vechicles, company employees are not allowed to secure car seats on the vehicle, this must be done by customers due to insurance regulations.

City/Hotel Zone  ½ hr to 45 minutes. - 
Playa del Carmen : 1 Hour. - 
Akumal : 1 1/2 Hrs. - 
Tulum :  2 hours.

Booking a Transfer

To book your reservation, simply visit our website and enter a single keyword from the hotel's name in the search bar on the main page. Please ensure you are in the "Transfers" section for a seamless booking experience.

To make a booking, simply enter the keyword "CONDO" and select the appropriate location from the menu, the different zones are Akumal, Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Tulum, along with "Condo-House." Afterward, ensure you provide the address and name of the condo or house in the designated fields on the website's booking form.

Methods of Payment

Payment for transfers can be made in either US Dollars or Canadian Dollars (CAN). It's important to note that for Canadian currency, only synthetic polymer bills are accepted, as Mexican Banks no longer accept CAD paper bills. You can refer to our [pricing table] for details, and you also have the option to pay in Pesos. Feel free to inquire about the current exchange rate from your driver if you choose to pay in pesos.

Yes, we accept PayPal. Credit / Debit Cards

We offer a complimentary 15-minute stop at any store of your choice. Beyond that, each additional hour incurs a fee of $30.00 USD. Typically, for stops at larger stores like Walmart or Costco, the charge remains at $30.00 USD.
