TOUR CHICHÉN ITZÁ

This is one of the most famous and visited sites of the Mayan civilization. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is currently considered one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Its diverse structures—including the Temple of Kukulcan (the main pyramid), the Temple of Chac Mool, the Hall of a Thousand Columns, the observatory, and the Great Ball Court—demonstrate a remarkable commitment to architectural space and composition. It is a place rich in history and knowledge that is well worth visiting. This excursion includes a visit to a cenote—a deep natural spring-water pool—where you can swim, cool off, and enjoy the crystal-clear waters. En route, we stop to visit the colonial city of Valladolid, known for its traditional local customs, and admire its 16th-century cathedral. We offer three different options for visiting this site: Classic Chichén Itzá (available Monday through Saturday), Luxury Chichén Itzá (available Monday through Saturday), and Chichén Itzá with Light and Sound Show (Tuesdays for Cancún and Puerto Morelos; Thursdays for the Riviera Maya). Bring biodegradable sunscreen and a sun hat. Camera, comfortable walking shoes, swimsuit and towel for swimming in the cenote, and extra money for expenses and purchases.

Prices are in USD or Canadian Dollars. Full payment is required at the time of booking for some excursions. No refunds will be issued if you fail to show up for the excursion without prior notification. All cancellations must be made directly with Comfort Travel. To cancel or reschedule without penalty, please call us no later than 6:00 PM on the day before the excursion. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours or less.
