HORSEBACK RIDING
Especially designed for persons with little to no experience in horseback riding, our activity allows them to enjoy the experience of riding safely through the fascinating and exotic landscape of Riviera Maya. In this unique experience in which our friendly guides will take you on a relaxed horseback ride through breathtaking landscapes, providing special moments to share with your loved ones; your family, couple, and friends. This tour will take you through the verdant Mayan jungle and to visit two fascinating cenotes (sinkholes); you will be able to refresh and swim in one of them. Afterward, you will taste artisanal bubble gum. All horses have been rescued and rehabilitated, friendly creatures that invite you to come, feel Mexico through its land and its beautiful nature.

- Operates Sunday through Friday (closed Saturdays). - Private service requiring a minimum of 10 paid passengers. - Duration: 1 hour and 20 minutes of actual horseback riding, plus a 15-minute break halfway through to dismount and admire the local flora and fauna. - Brief tour of the ranch to see the resident animals. - Tasting of Melipona bee honey. - The activity concludes with a swim in a cenote. - For safety reasons, if you have limited mobility, back issues, recent surgery, or are pregnant, we recommend considering a lower-impact activity. - Being under the influence of alcohol prevents participation. - Maximum weight: 110 kg (220 lbs). - Activity restricted to children over 8 years of age. - Only one person per horse. - A maximum of two minors (aged 8 to 14) allowed per tour.
- Prices are in USD or Canadian Dollars. - Full payment is required at the time of booking for some excursions. -No refunds will be issued if you fail to show up for the excursion without prior notification. -- All cancellations must be made directly with Comfort Travel. - To cancel or reschedule the service without penalty, please call us before 6:00 PM on the day prior to the excursion. - Refunds will be processed within 24 hours or less.
